Each workspace operates in complete isolation. Data from one tenant is never accessible to another. Our architecture enforces this at the database level.

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can export all your workspace data from the settings page.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Backups are rotated on a 90-day cycle.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
