By accessing or using CRM Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the platform for illegal activities.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
